Bay Area based mom, trainer, and your very own hype woman. I’ve always been obsessed with all things strength + movement and wanted to find a space to share, cause sharing is caring (am I right?).

Hailing from the DMV I moved to the Bay with my husband and haven't looked back. I have dedicated the last 6 years to working with women during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Helping women connect to their bodies and find the new normal for them during this amazing time of life.

As a former Rumble Boxing trainer & Equinox GFI, my method stems from finding strength and connection in your body. Helping you feel strong, confident and badass. The base of my exercises stemming from repeating the compound movements (basics) and core strength to lead you feeling like the hot mom you deserve.

As a certified Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Pain Free Performance Specialist, Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFES) my work is both evidence-based and science backed.
